From the M6 (junction 6) take the Aston Expressway (A38) to central Birmingham. As you approach Aston University on your left (at the end of the underpass) , filter left down to Lancaster Circus Queensway. (Huge roundabout with the fire station on your left). Turn right at this island (3rd exit) onto the A34, signed Walsall. Princip Street is the 3rd road on your left. We are about 20 metres on the right.
